How it works
Brief and site visit
We establish palette, scale and budget, and where possible we see the venue, its light and its access.
Proposal
We present the concept with a stem list and a firm quotation, so there is no drift between idea and invoice.
Preparation
We buy for that date, condition the stems and pre-build whatever can be built in advance.
Installation
We install within the venue access window and return to collect hardware afterwards if the contract includes it.
Frequent questions
How far ahead should an event be booked?
As early as possible for dated events, particularly around holidays when market supply tightens and prices move.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget first and we design to it, using scale and structure rather than only the most expensive stems.
What if a flower is unavailable on the day?
We agree substitutions in advance by colour and form, so a market shortage never becomes a surprise at the venue.
